Ingredients (serves 8):
- 600g good quality white chocolate
Method: Pour the milk into a saucepan. Break the white chocolate into pieces and add to the pan. Melt over a very low heat.
- 400g condensed milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 150g dark chocolate
- 100g crushed hazelnuts and/or almonds
Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, salt and nuts. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a square cake tin, lined with greaseproof paper. Chill for 1 hour.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the fudge. Sprinkle on crushed almonds or hazelnuts. Return to the fridge and let it set.
