Origin of dish:  Germany
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, over a low heat. Add the caster sugar and stir well.

Add the desired ingredient (coconut, almonds, etc.) to the melted chocolate.

Pour into ice cube trays or small moulds.

Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours until they have set.
