Ingredients (serves 4):
- 24 squares of cooking chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate or praline chocolate
Method: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, over a low heat. Add the caster sugar and stir well.
- grated coconut, flaked almonds, puffed rice, whole hazelnuts, bitter almond extract, orange extract, cinnamon, caramalised nuts, coffee...
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
Add the desired ingredient (coconut, almonds, etc.) to the melted chocolate.
Pour into ice cube trays or small moulds.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours until they have set.
