Ingredients (serves 8):Method: For the biscuit:
Mix the butter with the sugar, add the flour and mix well.
Put the mixture into a dish lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 160°C (Gas Mark 5-6), then leave to cool.
For the sauce:
Put the condensed milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat and continue to stir until it becomes light brown in colour. Pour the sauce over the biscuit then leave to cool.
For the topping:
Melt the milk chocolat over a low heat, then pour over the biscuit.
Leave to cool and put in the fridge.
Finish off by cutting into individual bars.
