Spicy chocolate mousse

Origin of dish:  Europe

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Finely crush the chocolate. Heat the cream with the cinnamon. As soon as it becomes very hot, remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir vigorously until it's melted.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and the piment d'Espelette until stiff.

Gradually add the egg whites to the chocolate then pour into bowls.

Place in the fridge and leave to set for at least 3 hours.
