Mango, pineapple, banana and chocolate cups

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serves 5):


1. Peel and cut the bananas and grapefruit into small cubes. Caramelise the pineapple with the brown sugar in a frying pan. Add the bananas and cook for a further minute.

2. Place 50ml of evaporated milk in the fridge.

3. Break 150g of chocolate into pieces and pour 150ml of hot evaporated milk over it. Wait 5 minutes then mix.

4. In small serving glasses, place the fruits then the warm chocolate ganache. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Whip the cold milk and gradually add the blended mango.

5. Place a small amount of the mango-flavoured cream in each glass. Decorate with flakes of chocolate.
