Ingredients (serves 12):Method: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 6).
Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a bain-marie with a dash of water.
Meanwhile, beat the butter with the sugar and cinnamon until mixture turns white. Add the eggs, one by one, then the sifted flour, whisking constantly.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl, add the almonds and mix well.
Pour it all into a 24cm square tin and cook for 20 minutes in a hot oven.
Remove from the tin, leave to cool on the serving plate and cut into squares or triangles.
