Cooking time: 50 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Beat the eggs with the sugar. Gradually add the flour, sifted with the cocoa, then the baking powder and cinnamon, then the soft butter, grated chocolate and red wine.

Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (Gas Mark 6).
