Spaghetti All Puttanesca recipe

Origin of dish:  Italy
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


1. Fry the thinly sliced garlic cloves, chilli flakes and anchovy fillets in a little olive oil.
2. Stir until the anchovies start to break up.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. At the last minute, stir in the capers and black olives.
5. Toss the sauce into your cooked spaghetti and serve.
