Spaghetti All Puttanesca recipe

Ingredients (
serves 4
):
4
garlic
cloves
1/2 tsp dried
chilli
flakes
small tin
anchovy
fillets
4tbsp
olive
oil
800g chopped
tomatoes
or passata
100g black
olives
1tbsp
capers
Method:
1. Fry the thinly sliced
garlic
cloves
,
chilli
flakes and
anchovy
fillets in a little
olive
oil.
2. Stir until the
anchovies
start to break up.
3. Add the chopped
tomatoes
and simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. At the last minute, stir in the
capers
and black
olives
.
5. Toss the
sauce
into your cooked
spaghetti
and serve.
