Cherry clafoutis

Ingredients (serves 6):


Preheat the oven to 180°C (GM6) and place an empty baking tray inside.
Beat the eggs and crème fraîche together in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the eggs and crème fraîche to the mixture.
Remove the stalks and stones from the cherries and add them to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased tin and top with a few knobs of butter.
Bake at 180°C (GM6) for 45 minutes and serve lukewarm.
