Origin of dish:  Austria
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients (serves 5):


1. Fry the sliced leeks and garlic in a pan with butter until soft.#
2. Cut the pastry into squares (5ins x 5ins)
3. Place a helping of fried sliced leeks and garlic in the centre.
4. Brush the exposed pastry with egg.
5. Add a couple of salted anchovies, sliced black olives and two sticks of asparagus on top.
6. Pop into the oven for 20 minutes at 220 C, gas mark 7.
7. Serve with a green salad.
