Miranda Mojito Cocktail

Origin of dish:  North America
Type of cooking:  No cooking needed
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients (serve 1):

    6 fresh mint leaves
    1/2 lime, cut into wedges
    12-25ml gomme syrup
    50ml Angustora five-year old rum
    100ml ice cold Coors Light
    Crushed ice
    1 spring mint to garnish


1. Muddle the mint, gomme syrup and lime together.
2. Add the rum.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top up with the Coors Light.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
