Ingredients (
serves 4
):
250g mixed diced vegetables
200g fillet of fresh
salmon
100g grated
comté
2
eggs
+ 2
egg
yolks
200ml single
cream
Salt and
pepper
Method:
Preheat the oven to 150°C (Gas Mark 5). Drain the mixed vegetables. Cut the
salmon
into small cubes.
In a bowl, beat the
eggs
and
egg
yolks then add the
cream
and grated
comté
. Add salt and
pepper
. Add the mixed vegetables and
salmon
to the mixture and pour into 4 small ramekins. Cook for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
Advice:
Using this recipe as a starting point, vary it by adding any type of cooked and drained vegetable: diced carrot, peas, broccoli, etc. The salmon can also be replaced by tuna, ham or chicken, so versatile and tasty too!
