Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Take all the spices and in a mortar and pestle or small bowl and crush together with the shallot and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
In a large bowl add the pork and tip over the marinade. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Tip: The longer you marinade the tastier the end result, ideally leave overnight!
Transfer to a pre-heated oven or barbeque on a hot grill until the meat is cooked through.
