Cherry tomatoes stuffed with fromage frais

Method:

Cut the chive sprigs. Mix the fromage frais, chives and olive oil together in a bowl.

Thinly chop the garlic and add to the mixture. Add salt, pepper and a tablespoonful of olive oil. Refrigerate.

Cut off a thin slice from the top of the cherry tomatoes. Scoop out the juice and seeds then place in the fridge.

Fill each cherry tomato with a tablespoonful of the fromage frais mixture.

Chill and put the tops of the cherry tomatoes back on before serving.
Advice: Stuffing cherry tomatoes is easy when they are firm and pulpy. Keep some bunches on the table for decoration.
