Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Peel the tomatoes and kiwis then cut into slices.
Arrange them on a plate.
Prepare the vinaigrette with 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the tomatoes and kiwis.
Serve as a starter or accompanied with mixed grills.
