Ingredients (serves 4):Method: > Cut the chicory into slices, cut the apricots into quarters, and cut the cheese into thin strips.
> Pour all the ingredients into a salad bowl and add the raisins and almonds.
> In a separate bowl, mix together the vinegar and olive oil. Pour over the salad. Sprinkle on the chive, chervil, salt and pepper.
