Banana and chocolate spring rolls

Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

1-Preheat the grill. Cut the bananas into small pieces and cook in a covered saucepan with the brown sugar for 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

2-Cut the pastry sheets in half (so there are 3 rolls per person). Put a spoonful of banana compote on each of them then roll them up.

3-Place the rolls on a baking tray and cook under the grill for 8 to 10 minutes until they change colour.

4-Heat the icing sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and chocolate in a saucepan. Add the cornflour diluted in the milk and stir until it thickens.

5-Divide the sauce into 4 small dishes and add 3 rolls to each.
