Ingredients (serves 8):Method: Mash the cheese up with a fork. Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix it well to obtain a smooth mixture then put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Take out of the fridge and create little bite-size balls.
Place the finely chopped chives, raisins, pine nuts, paprika and a mixture of cumin seeds and ground cumin on 5 plates.
Take 4 to 5 balls and roll them in the mixture so they're completely covered.
Repeat with the other balls.
Place the balls on a tray. Cover them with cling film and put in the fridge until you're ready to serve them.
