One-sided salmon

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Hob
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):

    4 fillets of fresh salmon


1. Heat some oil in a frying pan over a high heat.
2. Add the salmon fillets (skin side down).
3. Leave to cook over a high heat for 10 minutes, without turning over. It will form a crust underneath and the top will stay pink.
4. Serve without the curst formed during cooking.
Advice: This recipe produces the smell of grilled fish! Turn on your extractor fan, open the kitchen window and close the doors.
