Ingredients (serves 4):

    4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    4 tablespoons fat-free natural yoghurt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon skimmed milk
    2 red apples, peeled and diced
    200 g celery, chopped
    2 tablespoons nuts
    1 pack mixed salad leaves

Method:

Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice and milk in a large bowl.

Add the apples, nuts and celery.
Mix well and add the salad leaves.
