Ingredients (4/6) :

    10 eggs
    2 tablespoons light crème fraiche
    2 tablespoons skimmed milk
    1 teaspoon butter
    Salt & pepper




Method:

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk and crème fraiche.
Season.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Put egg mixture in pan once butter melted, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, until the eggs have a light and creamy texture.
Serve immediately with toast or bagels.
Advice: 100 calories per 100g
