Kiwi soup

Ingredients (serves 6):

    12 kiwis
    1 kg sugar
    1/2 box lemongrass
    1 litre water


Peel kiwis.
Take a pan and make a syrup, by bringing the sugar and water to the boil together.
Roughly chop kiwi flesh, then mix with syrup and strain out large lumps.
Serve with snipped lemongrass and fruit to garnish.
Advice: 75 calories per serving

try blending the soup instead of straining for a smoother texture.
