Method:

Soak rasins in a bowl of luke-warm water.
Peel the apple half, slice thinly and drizzle with lemon juice.
Mix cream cheese and mint together in a bowl.
Arrange your slices of apple, cream cheese and raisins on two slices of bread, then close sandwich with remaining slices.
