Ingredients (serves 2):


Method:

Mix chick peas with lemon juice.
Add oil and crush garlic, mix well.
Season, sprinkle with paprika and mix in.
Cut bread to size and grill lightly.
Spread paste on top and serve.
Advice: Makes a great snack or starter!
