Cherry clafoutis

Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients (serves 8):


1. Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 7).
2. Remove stones from cherries.
3. Beat eggs with salt.
4. Add sugar and flour.
5. Add milk little by little.
6. Grease flan dish, pour in base, then add cherries on top.
7. Cook for 45 minutes.
8. Serve warm.
Advice: Try making clafoutis with apricots too.
