Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

To Make Sauce:
Mix egg yolks with boiling milk and sugar.
Heat, but do not let boil.
Add kirsch and vanilla, then leave to cool.

Remove skin from limes and cut into thin slices.
Make a syrup in a small pan, withthe water andsugar.
Put lime zest into syrup and leave to soak for 2 or 3 minutes.
Divide Sauce into 6 small bowls (or one big one), arrange kiwi in Sauce, sprinkle with soft fruit and lime zest.
grill for a couple of minutes.
Serve.
