Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Wash and chop the pepper.
Slice gherkins.
Arrange chillies, olives, pickled onions, slices of pepper and gherkins on toothpicks.
Serve as tapas.
Advice: Half a melon skin or a round seeded loaf works well when presenting tapas.
Try varying the recipe with tomatoes, ham, melon, grapes, raisins or fish and present so it looks good enough to eat!
