Ingredients (serves 4):
2 large potatoes
Method: Peel and chop potatoes into small pieces.
2 egg yolks
2 cloves garlic
Make aïoli (garlic sauce) :
Put the egg yolk, garlic and salt in a bowl.
Mix well and add the olive oil little by little, until ingredients evenly combined.
Pour sauce over potatoes, add a sprig of parsley and serve.
