Chicken with baby corn-on-the-cob

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients (serves 6):


Cut meat into small pieces.
Blanch babycorn and peas in salt water for 2 minutes.
Peel and slice garlic thinly.
Wipe mushrooms and cut in half.
Peel and slice onions thinly.
Heat oil in a large pan, then saute chicken at a high heat.
Remove once sealed and add vegetables. Cook for 15 minutes, then put meat back in and add sugar, soy sauce to taste and Nuoc Nam. Stir and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Arraneg in bowls and garnish with celery.
Serve with rice noodles.
Advice: Recommended wines:
Tavel, Bandol, Bregançon, or try a Thai beer such as Singha
