Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Bring the grape juice to the boil, with the snapped vanilla pod, cloves and peeled and chopped ginger to taste. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.
Peel and slice peaches.
Wash figs and cut into quarters.
Peel and thinly slice pear.
Peel orange and remove segments.
Cut 8 large squares of kitchen foil, arrange fruit in each one, then pour juice over top.
Scrunch foil together to close and cook in oven for 12 minutes.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream..
