Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 12 minutes
 
Ingredients (serves 4):


Method:

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté chopped liver for 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Lace with vinegar.
Make into kebabs, by skewering with olives and pepper.
Grill or barbecue.
