Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Remove the skin and fat from the meat, then chop into cubes of about 2cm wide.
Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, pepper and ginger together in a bowl.
Put meat into sauce and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, at room temperature.
Skewer the meat.
Grill or barbecue for 5 minutes, turning regularly.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
