Ingredients (serves 6):Method: To make the almond paste:
Blanch the almonds, then grate them into a bowl. Mix with sugar, add egg white and orange blossom water. Stir well.
Spread a thick layer of paste on the puff pastry, then cut into squares, fold in half to make triangle shapes.
Heat oil, then fry each bretzel until golden.
Meanwhile, in another pan, heat the honey very gently. Soak each bretzel in honey for 15 minutes once fried.
Arrange on a serving plate.
