Grilled lobster

Ingredients (serves 2):

    1 live lobster, of 800g, or whole ready-prepared
    1 tablespoon oil
    Salt & pepper

Method:

Prepare lobster, then slice in two lengthways.
Drizzle both sides with oil, then seaosn and grill under a low heat for about 25 minutes (30 minutes per kilo).
Sprinkle with thyme juts before serving, sevre with Hollandaise sauce and basmati rice.
Advice: Enjoy with a glass of kir!
