Ingredients (serves 6):
Method: Spread piza base with olive oil.
200g ham, preferably Prosciutto
Salt & pepper
Cut ham into small pieces.
Slice cheese, then cover base with ham and mozzarella.
Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Cook for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
