Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Peel onins and wash aubergines.
Chop onion, slice aubergine lengthways and steam for 5 minutes.
Wash tomatoes.
Arrange aubergine, onion, tomato and mincemeat in an oven dish in layers, until no ingredients left.
Season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Crush garlic and add to dish.
Mix the cream cheese and grated cheese and sprad on top of moussaka.
Sprinkle with remaining marjoram and cook in oven for about 35 minutes at 400°F (205°C).
Remove from oven once cheese has browned.
