Chocolate fondue

Ingredients (serves 6):


Method:

Wash and dry fruit.

Cut apples and oranges into quarters.

Cut pineapple into slices, remove hard core and cut each slice into quarters.

Share fruit out amongst dessert plates.

Cut chocolate up into small pieces, melt in a bain marie (bowl over boiling water).

Bring cream to boil very gently in fondue pot, then add chocolate and turn off heat.

Leave to rest for 10 minutes, then put back on a low heat, and dip fruit into chocolate.
