Ingredients (serves 2):Method: Remove heads of prawns, but keep tail. Remove spinal cords.
Mix lime, garlic, onion, ginger, pepper and chilli in an oven dish.
Add prawns, and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Saute for a minute on each side, and serve on mounds of basmati rice.
