Ingredients (serve 1):

    1 lime
    1 lemon
    150ml carbonated water
    1 teaspoon sugar cane syrup
    2 mint leaves, chopped

Method:

Mix the fruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add the water and mint.
Serve chilled.
Advice: 46 calories
Do not choose a carbonated water which is rich in sodium, if you want to avoid water retention.
Two glasses of this cocktail will provide your RDA of vitamin C.

To give this top rating: try making this with some water kefir for a sparkling drink rich in pre and probiotics: use organic fruits etc.
