Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Bring a large pan of salt water to the boil.
Meanwhile, wash and crush garlic and slice onion.
Wash courgette, chop into small pieces.
Once the water is boiling, add pasta and leave to cook, stirring from time to time.
While pasta is cooking, saute courgette, garlic and onion in a pan, add cayenne pepper, nutmeg salt and pepper. If vegetables start to stick, add a little water from the pasta or a little stock for flavour.
Once pasta is cooked, strain and pour into a large salad bowl.
Add vegetables and mix thoroughly.
