Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 6/7).
Mix all ingredients together, adding chocolate last.
Stir until you have a smooth paste.
Pour into a large pudding dish or individual ramekins.
Cook in a bain-marie for 30/35 minutes.
Leave to cool and serve, or serve hot with custard.
