Sea bream tartare with lemon and ginger

Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  No cooking needed
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients (serves 2):


Make a marinade, with the lemon juice, ginger and olive oil.
Prepare fish, then dice.
Add to marinade, and chill for an hour.
Once taken out of the fridge, give it a good stir, and add chopped spring onions.
Serve sprinkled with dill and peppercorns.
Advice: Eat with a Sancerre, Pouilly or St Véran.
