Salmon and spinach lasagne

Origin of dish:  Italy
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 5):


Peel and chop onions, then saute for 10 minutes over a medium heat with salmon, in butter and olive oil.
Leave to cool.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salt water.
Prepare a vinaigrette if serving with salad.

Strain spinach, dry out over a low heat, stirring constantly. Season.

Take an oven dish and layer ingredients as follows: lasagne, spinach, salmon, onions, bechamel, until all ingredients used.
Cook in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 3à minutes.
Sprinkle with mixed herbs and serve with salad or vegetables.
