Origin of dish:  France
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (4-6) :

    150g plain flour
    100g unsalted butter, softened
    125g caster sugar
    1 small glass of rum
    1 egg


1- In a bowl, beat the egg with the rum. Incorporate the sugar, then the softened butter, and finally the flour.
2- Form the dough with with your fingers.
3- Grease a baking tray and line with baking parchment.
4- Take a tea spoon sized amount of mixture per biscuit. Space evenly on the tray and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
