Exotic salad with bean sprouts and coriander

Origin of dish:  Exotic
Type of cooking:  Oven
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):


Rince bean sprouts, strain and carefully pat dry with kitchen paper.
Dice pineapple and wash prawns.
Wipe mushrooms, then slice thinly.
Wash celery, dry, then cut into short lengths.
Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

Make sauce:
Mix peanut and sesame oil together in a small bowl, then add orange juice.
Mix, then add vinegars.
Season and beat with a fork.

Once combined, drizzle over salad, toss carefully, sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.
