Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4):Method: Put all vegetables and herbs (apart from basil) in a large sauce pan, add 2litres water and bring to the boil.
Cover and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Add noodles and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Finally, add basil leaves and garlic and grated parmesan on top to serve.
