Ingredients (serves 6):


1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), grease 12 muffin tins and set out cake cases or greaseproof paper.
2.Mix the flour, cocoa and sugar together in a bowl.
3.Take a small bowl and mix the milk, melted butter and vanilla together.
4.Make a well in the dry mixture and pour in the milk mixture. Mix well.
5.Add chocoloate chips and fill each muffin tin or cake case three-quarters full.
6.Cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
